Oligonucleotide
Transfection Reagent is a specially formulated lipid
created to deliver oligonucleotides into a broad
spectrum of cells with high efficiency and low
cytotoxicity.
Antisense
oligonucleotides, delivered into cells with cationic
lipids, are standard tools for the elucidation of
gene function. However, there are two main problems
associated with lipid-mediated delivery of antisense
oligonucleotides: poor transfection efficiency
and/or high levels of cytotoxicity. Oligonucleotide
Transfection Reagent alleviates both of these
problems, delivering oligonucleotides efficiently
into a broad spectrum of cell lines.

shipped on ice. Store all reagents at 4șC upon
receipt. If stored properly, all components are
stable for 3 months. For longer term stability store
at -70șC.
