Protein
Delivery Reagent (PDR) is a novel lipid formulation that
bypasses the need for DNA cloning and transfection
for the study of protein function. Proteins are
directly delivered to target cells while retaining
structure and function. Easy to use, the protein of
interest is incubated and mixed with PDR, then added
with serum-free medium to cells. More information
can be found in the PDR Instruction Sheet. For
additional convenience, PDR is also available in
single-use tubes.
Protein
Delivery Reagent products are shipped frozen. For maximum
stability, store reagents at -20șC upon
receipt. PDR is stable for 1
year when stored at the recommended temperature.
