siRNA Transfection Reagent provides an easy-to-use, low cytotoxicity, highly efficient method of delivering siRNA (small interfering RNA) into a wide variety of adherent and suspension cells.

siRNA Transfection Reagent is shipped at room temperature. For maximum stability, store all reagents at 4ºC upon receipt. If stored properly, all components are stable for 6 months.

Supppression of gene expression using siRNA Transfection Reagent. A: untreated 293 cells. B: 293 transfected with 1 mg pPRO-GFP. C: Co-transfection of 293 cells with 1 mg pPRO and 500 ng GFP siRNA.
