Feline Marrow Stromal Cells, FMSC

Feline Marrow Stromal Cells (FMSC) are isolated from feline bone marrow and are cryopreserved at second passage. FMSC can be cultured and propagated 10 population doublings. In addition to supporting hematopoietic cells1, adipocytic2, osteocytic2, and neuronal phenotypes2,3 can be induced from feline mesenchymal stem cells.

Each lot tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C and negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi.

Feline bone marrow
Cryopreserved ampoule:
2nd passage, >500,000 cells in in Feline Marrow Stromal Cell Basal Medium that contains 10% FBS and 10% DMSO.
Kit contains:
Ampuole of cryopreserved FMSC (F492-05), 500 ml of Feline Marrow Stromal Cell Growth Medium (F419-500), and a Subculture Reagent Kit (090K).
Proliferating Cells:
 
Shipped in Feline Marrow Stromal Cell Growth Medium 3rd passage in either flasks or multiwell dishes.
Population doublings:
Can be cultured at least 10 population doublings
