Human Dendritic Cells-Peripheral Blood: HDC-PB
Cryopreserved Dendritic Cells-Peripheral Blood (HDC-PB), adult: Frozen HDC-PB (5×10^5)
Size: 1 Cryovial
Price: $950.00
Description
Human Dendritic Cells from Peripheral Blood (HDC-PB) arise from a distinct hematopoietic lineage and help regulate the immune system. They mount adaptive immune responses to foreign antigens, “prime” T cells through antigen presentation and can induce tolerance to self-antigens. Academic & industrial research is driving toward potential therapeutic benefits of modulating DCs for vaccines and suppressive therapies against pathogens, tumors and autoimmune diseases. HDC constitutively express CD11c, a type I transmembrane protein also known as Integrin Alpha X (ITGAX).
