Rat Dorsal Root Ganglion Neurons: RDRGN (Cat # R8820N-05) were cultured at 1×10^5 cells/cm^2 in Cell Applications Rat Ganglion Neuron Culture Medium (Top) or in competitor Neuron Medium + 100ng/ml rNGF + mitotic inhibitors (Bottom). Images from days 1, 2 & 7 show optimal viability and neurite extensions in the CAI medium.
