Description
Human Colonic Fibroblasts (HCnF) are primary cells derived from human colon. HCnF are cultured in Colonic Fibroblast Growth Medium. HCnF can propagate to 10 population doublings when cultured under the recommended conditions.
Characterization:Â Positive for fibronectin and fibroblast surface protein expression by ICC staining
